The 10th International Conference on Concrete Pavements will be held in the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Attendees will stay in the castle like hotel which is one of the most photographed hotels in the world and overlooks the majestic St. Lawrence River from inside the 400 year old walled Québec City.

Hotel Rates

Fairmont room: $219.00CDN plus taxes
Deluxe River room: $269.00CDN plus taxes
Government rate: $159.00CDN plus taxes (limit of 50 rooms at this rate. This rate is for all government employees (and ONLY government employees), regardless of country.

University and consultant employees working on government contracts will not be qualified for this rate.)

An online group reservation system, Passkey, is in place for reservations at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. This is the preferred method of hotel reservations for the conference and can accessed through the link below.

An alternative method of reservation is through the Fairmont Hotels Global Reservations Centre (1-800-441-1414). Callers should identify themselves as being with the conference group for ease of booking by using the block code CACA09.

Conference attendees are urged to register early as there is a limited block of 225 rooms reserved for July 8th, 9th, 10th at the historic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac hotel.

Government Employee registration

Please note that only Government employees can receive the CDN$159/night (plus taxes) rate and Government ID will be required for presentation at check-in time. There is a limit of 50 Government reservations available for the conference at this very low rate so make your reservations as soon as possible. The Government Rate is available only for the dates July 7-11, 2012 inclusive through the link below.

Transportation

Transportation from the Jean Lesage Airport (YQB) to Fairmont Le Château Frontenac takes approximatey 30 minutes by car or taxi. Current taxi rates from YQB to downtown Québec City are a flat rate of $32.50CDN. This rate is subject to change.
