The registration fee of USD$315 includes the workshop registration, Wednesday night reception, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Thursday and Friday. Participants who register before February 28 can guarantee their participation in the Napa/Sonoma Valley Wine tour on Saturday, August 16. Pre-arranged rides to the workshop hotel can be requested. Registration will be conducted by the International Society for Concrete Pavements. Spouses are welcome for meals and can pre-arrange to pay for individual meals.
