The 2nd International Roads Federation (IRF) Asia Regional Congress & Exhibition will be held October 16-20, 2016 at the Putra World Trade Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The theme of the congress and exhibition will be:

On behalf of the joint organizers, the IRF and Road Engineering Association of Malaysia (REAM), the Technical and Scientific Committee of the 2nd IRF Asia Regional Congress & Exhibition invites surface transportation experts and researchers from around the world to submit paper abstracts for evaluation. Abstracts are due March 15, 2016. Please see below for abstract notification and other dates.
Abstract Guidelines (no cost to submit): The abstract should be written in English and may not contain more than 150 words.

The Congress will be the largest forum in Asia to introduce and discuss the latest technologies and global best practices and how they can be replicated and/or modified to meet the region’s specific needs. The event will feature Ministerial, Highway Agency Directors, Plenary, Executive, Technical, and Applied Knowledge Sessions. With this Congress, the goal is to help policy-makers, planners and infrastructure operators from across Asia build a resilient and sustainable road and transport infrastructure that can drive economic growth and prosperity in the region.
