The American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) has released a formal document addressing the steel tariff issue, specifically its impact on the concrete pavement industry. ACPA members in the business of fabricating and supplying steel for concrete pavement applications generously shared their expertise and first-hand experiences on this issue, providing details about supply and pricing trends, as well as an outlook for the months ahead.
Members of the ACPA Jointing Task Force reviewed the document and shared their expertise. Input from recent news reports, ACPA Chapter/State affiliates, and associations representing steel and fabricated steel manufacturers provided input for the compilation of the document as well. ACPA extends a special thanks go to all of the members, affiliates and associations mentioned above who provided information.
