The webinar will explore highway agencies’ experiences with concrete overlays and will describe recent innovations with utilizing interlayers and fiber reinforcement. Concrete overlays may rehabilitate both existing concrete and asphalt pavement structures. Interest in the technology continues to grow. Presenters will discuss case studies of concrete overlays and illustrate design considerations of this technique….
