The Southeast Cement Promotion Association (SCPA), in partnership with the Tennessee DOT (TDOT) and the Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA), invites you to join this two-day symposium showcasing Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR) practices leading to long lasting, economical, and sustainable pavements.
