The American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) is accepting nominationsĀ for the 31st Annual “Excellence in Concrete Pavement Awards” for projects completed in the calendar year 2019.

Members who previously submitted an award-winning project to an ACPA Chapter/State association using the ACPA online system do not need to resubmit for the national program. Submittal details will be automatically carried-over and entered-into the national program. About 40 projects are currently in the system!
Each year, the ACPA Annual Awards for Excellence in Concrete PavingĀ are designed to honor quality concrete pavements constructed in the United States and Canada. The awards program encourages high-quality workmanship in every concrete pavement project and serves as a forum for sharing information about highly successful projects.
The awards program recognizes contractors, engineers, and project owners in the U.S. and Canada who completed outstanding projects. Winning an
Award for Excellence in Concrete PavingĀ provides the contractors,
engineers, and owners with a level of prestige that can
assist them in the development of future projects.
Judges will score all eligible projects and break any ties. Based on the judging results, two projects will be selected from each category to receive an award. A gold award will be given to the top scoring project in each category and a silver award to the second highest scoring project. The judging process takes approximately six weeks. Project contacts will be notified of the results when the judging process concludes.

Award winners will receive an invite to attend the 31st Annual Excellence in Concrete Pavement Awards Banquet on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at the OMNI Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, USAĀ duringĀ the ACPA 57th Annual Meeting.
