Transportation Research Board (TRB) conducted a 90-minute webinar on August 19, 2020 that was on preserving concrete pavements. Larry Scofield, Director of Engineering & Research–IGGA and Pavement Innovation-ACPA was 1 of 3 experts who provided 20-minute virtual presentations to an audience of 425 participants.

Larry provided the diamond grinding presentation, while Prashant Ram, Pavement Engineer-Applied Pavement Technology, Inc and Kurt Smith, Vice President and State and National Agencies Program Director–APTech, provided presentations on partial depth repairs and joint resealing, respectively. The presentations were followed by a 25-minute question and answer session.
