The ASCP 7th Concrete Pavements Conference will be held at Novotel Northbeach in Wollongong, NSW — kicking off Sunday 22nd (welcome reception) with two (2) days of Conference Keynote(s) and Concurrent Sessions: Monday 23rd October and Tuesday 24th October 2023. The conference will be organized by ISCP partner organization, the Australian Society for Concrete Pavements.
Since the inaugural event held in 2011 at Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club, Sydney — the Australian Society for Concrete Pavements biennial ‘Concrete Pavements Conference’ has grown to become an important event to the Australian concrete pavements industry. This year’s conference will be held in-person to showcase a wealth of information and project learning from experienced industry practitioners and invited international experts. Note that the Conference Committee has chosen not to simulcast the event online.
The anticipated themes of the conference are:
- Concrete road pavements
- Concrete pavements for airfields
- Other concrete pavements, such as ports, heavy industrial, rail/light rail
- Rehabilitation including recycling of pavements or materials, and maintenance.
Persons and organisations interested in presenting papers at the ASCP 7th Concrete Pavements Conference should express their interest to ASCP by 31st March 2023. The abstract need only be brief. It should include:
- proposed title of the paper
- proposed author(s)
- max 250 words outlining the principal content/conclusions of the paper.
