Presentations from FEBELCEM’s Study Afternoon on Concrete Urban Spaces and Road Infrastructure Now Available

On Thursday, November 28, 2024, FEBELCEM hosted an insightful study afternoon titled “Espaces urbains et infrastructures routières en béton” (Urban Spaces and Road Infrastructure in Concrete) at the Domaine de Lonzée in Gembloux. The event brought together experts to discuss advancements, innovations, and sustainability within the concrete pavement industry.

  • Focus on Cement and Concrete in the CCT Qualiroutes – Ing. Thierry Loppe, SPW Mobility and Infrastructure.
  • Belgian Cement Industry Roadmap: Contributing to Circular and Carbon-Neutral Construction – Hervé Camerlynck, Director of FEBELCEM.
  • Renovation of the Pont des Trous in Tournai – Ir. Frédéric Gens, Bureau d’études Greisch.
  • Reflections on a Career in Concrete (2001–2024) – Ir. Luc Rens, Infrastructure Consultant, FEBELCEM. (ISCP board member)
