The 3rd International Conference on Transportation Infrastructure Projects: Conception to Execution (TIPCE 2025) was held at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Roorkee, India, from Sep 18-21, 2025. ISCP honorary member Dr Neeraj Buch and Secretary-Treasurer Sushobhan Sen participated in various capacities. Neeraj was a guest of honour who delivered a plenary talk on, “A Systems Approach to the Design of Long-Life Concrete Pavements”, while Sushobhan presented two papers on transportation planning and also chaired a session on pavement materials.
The conference saw enthusiastic participation, with over 150 participants presenting nearly 200 technical papers, along with expert plenary talks and a special session devoted to industry participants. Participants came from a variety of countries, including India, the US, and Mozambique. ISCP is proud to have had its members participate in it, representing the international reach of our Society.
