More than 160 people attended the 54th Annual Concrete Pavement Association of Minnesota (CPAM) Concrete Paving Workshop and/or Awards Banquet held on March 12-13, 2015, at Breezy Point Conference Center in Breezy Point, MN.
Steve Gerster received the John T “Arnie” Laingen Award. This award is given to the individual who exemplifies Arnie’s (1957-1989) integrity and commitment to promoting quality and excellence in the concrete paving industry in Minnesota. The recipient is chosen by a committee of peers.
