ISCP Elects Officers to Two-Year Terms

The election of officers was completed by members in good standing this past month. In the end, the following ISCP members were elected for two-year terms as officers of the Society:

President:
Jeff RoeslerUniversity of Illinois (USA)

Vice-President:
Jake HillerMichigan Technological University (USA)

Secretary-Treasurer:
Corey ZollingerCEMEX (USA)

The new officers will formally take office on February 1, 2018.

ISCP expresses deep appreciation to Bryan Perrie, PE, South Africa for serving as ISCP Vice-President from 2016 to 2018. ISCP members Neeraj Buch, PhD, Professor and Chairperson-Deparment of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Michigan State University (MSU) and Somayeh Nassiri, PhD, PEng, Assistant Professor-Civil & Environmental Engineering Department, Washington State University (WSU) received write-in nominations for various positions during the election.

The ISCP Board of Directors will begin the process for replacing the remaining one-year term of current director Corey Zollinger early in 2018 in accordance with the ISCP By-Laws. ISCP would also like to thank its members for participating in this election and for continued support of its mission to further engineering and technical education, scientific investigation, and research in all areas related to the analysis, design, construction, materials, maintenance, rehabilitation and management of concrete pavements.
