If potential Sponsors are unable to attend the Conference this year to promote their business, they can still reach 100% of attendees with a satchel insert in the 2019 Conference Satchel handed out to all delegates upon arrival at registration. Companies should send their latest marketing brochure, or provide something a little different, that the delegates can take home with them (e.g. pen, ruler, keyring, hat, drink bottle etc); OR
Send a half-page (A5 landscape) advertisement for the Conference Delegate Workbook (artwork to be supplied by your organization). Advertisers will also have their company name, logo, and weblink included on the Official Conference Website.
EXHIBITOR ENTITLEMENTS:
The Trade Exhibition will run during Conference hours on Monday, July 22 and Tuesday July 23, 2019. The Exhibitors Manual, to be sent out three months prior to the Conference, will provide all of the information needed to plan attendance as a Trade Exhibitor at the 2019 Conference:

ASCP Members who register for the 2019 Conference at the Early Bird rate will SAVE $540 on the Standard Non-Member Full Conference Registration fee.
