A significant milestone was reached in June 2021 as the first BCSA Rapid Set Concrete slab celebrated its 10th Birthday in Australia at Sydney International Airport. Since this time, Antoun has been involved in the replacement and delivery of 100’s of slabs supplying more than 10,000mÑ of BCSA Rapid Set Concrete to many concrete roads, Motorways and airports throughout Australia and internationally. Ian Hampton reviewed the technical findings from these slab replacements including results from samples from the last decade.

Zahid Hoque, TfNSW presented pavement performance data from NSW. Zahid also discussed the current approach to pavement data collection on the TfNSW network, along with a discussion on the application in pavement maintenance and upgrades.

The Annual General Meeting for 2022 was held following the forum presentations, with a terrific amount of member encouragement.

The ASCP is pleased to report that online and in-person attendees enjoyed a fantastic address from our Keynote Speaker for the evening, Camilla Drover, Deputy Secretary of Infrastructure and Place-TfNSW. The ASCP, sponsors, and members extend great thanks to Camilla for her time!!
